Happy New Year! As I (once again) try to revive this blog, I am keeping company with what I think is a committee of turkey vultures right outside my window. It’s a bit eerie in an “Alfred Hitchcock” sort of way. The picture was taken with my phone, zoomed in, through a glass window pane. Hence, not the best quality, but it does give a glimpse of my visitors. These are only a few of them. I’m guessing maybe 20 or so in total are resting in the trees.
Trying not to place a sense of foreshadowing on the whole thing as I sit here working on my goals for 2024. It’s just nature doing its thing, right?
