**SKIP to Cooking - Starts at 2:05**
My favorite way to cook sweet potatoes!

RECIPE (originally from EatingWell.com https://www.eatingwell.com):
INGREDIENTS:
3 sweet potatoes, peeled & cut into 1" cubes
1/3 cup maple syrup
4 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup pecans, chopped
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place sweet potatoes in 9x13 baking dish.
Combine syrup, butter, lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
Pour over sweet potatoes. Toss to coat.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 15 minutes.
Remove foil, stir potatoes and bake 15 minutes, uncovered.
Sprinkle pecans over potatoes and bake 30 minutes or until tender.

ROASTED SWEET POTATO RECIPE (Not JUST for Thanksgiving) // Cooking with the Garden Harvest

Sharing my favorite hot sauce recipe using the last of my garden peppers (sugar rush peach peppers). Made this before and it has such a nice, savory flavor. The original recipe called for ghost peppers, and those work really well too, especially if you want something hotter.
